Quality & Compliance

Core Quality Philosophy

At Three Impex, quality is embedded across the entire supply chain and not treated as a final inspection step.

From sourcing and processing to packaging and dispatch, every stage is managed to ensure products meet buyer specifications, regulatory requirements, and export-market standards.

End-to-End Quality Control

Quality management includes:

  • Supplier evaluation and onboarding
  • In-process quality checks during cleaning, grading, and milling
  • Batch-level segregation and identification
  • Controlled packaging and handling

This approach ensures consistency across repeat shipments.

Third-Party Laboratory Testing

Third-party laboratory testing is supported through accredited facilities, based on product category and buyer or destination-market requirements.

Testing parameters may include moisture content, purity, microbiological analysis, residue limits, and other relevant quality factors.

Certificates of Analysis (COA) are available upon request.

Traceability & Batch Control

Each shipment is supported by:

  • Unique batch identifiers
  • Supplier and sourcing records
  • Laboratory test reports
  • Shipment and export documentation

This traceability framework supports audits, regulatory compliance, and buyer assurance.

Export Documentation Support

Three Impex supports complete export documentation, including:

  • Commercial invoice and packing list
  • Phytosanitary certificate
  • Certificate of origin
  • Third-party inspection reports (SGS, Intertek, or equivalent, where required)

Regulatory Alignment

Operations are aligned with applicable regulations and standards, including:

  • FSSAI food safety requirements
  • APEDA export norms
  • Destination-market regulatory requirements
